This easy avocado pasta salad is a quick, creamy, and refreshing dish made with simple ingredients—perfect for everyday meals or hosting.

  • Cooking pot
  • Strainer / colander
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife & chopping board
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Fork (for mashing avocado)

Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 200 grams pasta
  • Water (for boiling)
  • Salt (to taste)

Vegetables & Base

  • 2 large avocados ‎
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 large cucumber
  • Some fresh cilantro/ dhania‎
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium green pepper

Dressing

  • Lemon juice of 1 juicy lemon‎
  • 2 tbsps vegetable/ olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey‎
  • 1 tsp 1 teaspoon salt (to taste) ‎
  • tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Pasta
    Bring water to a boil, add salt, then add your pasta. Cook until just tender—do not overcook.
  • Drain and Cool
    Drain the pasta, rinse with clean water, drain again, and set aside to cool.
  • Prepare the Vegetables
    Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Finely grate the garlic.
  • Mash the Avocado
    Mash the avocado until smooth with a little texture.
  • Make the Dressing
    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Combine the Base
    In a bowl, add vegetables and garlic. Mix in avocado and dressing.
  • Add the Pasta
    Add cooled pasta and gently mix until well combined.
  • Serve or Chill
    Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
